Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course

OUR DUI / ADSAC SERVICES

The Virtue Center’s ADSAC assessors & facilitators are Certified by The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide an Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) services. Our ADSAC services meet state requirements for driver's license reinstatement and satisfy court requirements. 

Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Assessment

  • Oklahoma offenses after 11/01/2008 have an assessment cost of $160.

  • Out-of-state offenses and arrests before 11/01/2008 have an assessment cost of $175.

    *ASSESSMENT COSTS AND COURSE COSTS ARE SEPARATE*

  • The assessment cost will be based on the time and place of the offense. Course cost will be based on which course is found to be necessary during the assessment.

  • In order to schedule an ADSAC assessment, you must make a $100 deposit with the remaining balance of pricing due at the time of the assessment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you are absent from your appointment or cancel the appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule the appointment, you must attend the second appointment, or you will lose your deposit.  

A VICTIM’S IMPACT PANEL MAY BE NECESSARY.

Payment Policy

Payment may be made during business hours. For these services, The Virtue Center only accepts cash, credit card, and money order payments. NO CHECKS are accepted.   All fees for ADSAC services required by the assessment must be paid prior to receiving the "Red Stamp" certificate needed by the Department of Public Safety to restore your license.  For more information, please call 405-321-0022.

      DUI School/Group Schedule and Costs

  • 10 HOUR SCHOOL

    Held virtually on the first weekend of each month.

    Friday from 5:30PM - 9:00PM

    Saturday & Sunday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM

    Course Price - $150

    *This payment does not need to be made prior to attending. However, it must be paid in full in order to receive a certificate on completion.

  • 24 HOUR SCHOOL

    Held Virtually on Tuesday & Thursday each week for 6 weeks.

    Tuesday & Thursday 5:30PM - 7:30PM

    Course Price - $360

    *This payment does not need to be made prior to attending. However, it must be paid in full in order to receive a certificate on completion.

  • 6 & 12 WEEK ADSAC GROUP

    Held virtually on each Wednesday from 5:30PM - 6:30PM, for either 6 or 12 weeks.

    6 Week Course Price - $240 or $45/ session ($270 total)

    12 Week Course Price - $480 or $45/ session ($540 total)

    *FOR THIS COURSE OPTION, BALANCE MUST BE EITHER PAID IN FULL OR A PAYMENT OF $45 IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND EACH SESSION.
